ORIGINS
GOLDEN was founded in Quanzhou, China, in 2014 by entrepreneur Lisa, with the aim of producing high-quality, affordable non-woven bags for the growing domestic market. Operating out of a small factory in Quanzhou with only 10 employees, GOLDEN initially focused on the production of non-woven bags.
Under Lisa’s leadership, by 2016, GOLDEN had captured over 15% of the Chinese non-woven bag market, solidifying its leading position in the industry. In the same year, Jhonny joined GOLDEN as the Overseas Project Manager. With his marketing and sales experience, Jhonny led the company in exploring untapped overseas markets. He oversaw the establishment of five non-woven bag factories nationwide, enhancing their status as a leading manufacturer of non-woven bags.
Achieving Global Scale
Through negotiations with key clients,Jhonny secured profitable partnerships and alliances, propelling Golden annual revenue to exceed 10 million dollars. He meticulously expanded the sales team to 10 executives and nurtured new talents to scale operations and meet the increasing global demand. Golden established its trade headquarters in Quanzhou in 2019, set up branch factories in Quanzhou, Jiangxi, and Cambodia, to be closer to industrial hubs, and continuously enhanced its design, research, and development, as well as sales capabilities in reusable shopping bags.

Jonny--International Project Director
Mr. Jhonny leads our global expansion efforts, managing international projects with expertise and grace. He holds a Bachelor’s in International Trade, specializing in international business and eco-friendly packaging. Mr. JHONNY excels at simplifying complex industry concepts for clients.
In his personal time, he is an avid traveler who explores different cultures and languages. His enthusiasm for learning extends to mastering foreign languages. Additionally, he is dedicated to fitness, engaging in jogging, skateboarding, swimming, and regular gym workouts.
Ava--Chief Product Designer
With over 15 years dedicated to sustainable textiles, Ava pioneers industry innovation. A passionate runner, poet, and eco-visionary, she channels her creativity into crafting bags that deeply resonate with the eco-conscious global market. Ava’s designs not only reflect her commitment to sustainability but also embody her artistic sensibility and profound understanding of environmental responsibility.Through her leadership and relentless pursuit of eco-friendly solutions, she continues to inspire change within the textile industry, setting new standards for ethical production and consumer awareness.
Jessica Du-Chief Technology Officer
Leads product engineering and R&D efforts. Holds over 15 patents.
Played a key role in developing the functionality of nonwoven bag machines. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xiamen University.
As an avid reader, she spends weekends immersed in books on science, history, and philosophy, reflecting on the innovation of nonwoven bag machine technology. She also enjoys hiking in nature.
